One-hour initial consult fee: $150
30 min follow-up appointment fee: $50
Start-up with a Dietitian (RD) Package: $325 Includes (save $25)
- An initial consultation (approx. 60 minutes)
- RD will review medical, lifestyle and dietary history, food and beverage diary and food frequency questionnaire
- RD will discuss your healthy eating goals
- Handouts will be provided (emailed or printed)
- Four follow-up visits (approx. 30 minutes):
- RD will review progress on healthy eating goals
- Nutrition education will be provided and further handouts provided if necessary (emailed or printed)
- Professional support - light email support from initial visit to one week after final visit.
