Start -up with a Dietitian Package Fee: $350 Includes 

  • An initial consultation (approx. 60 minutes)
    • RD will review medical, lifestyle and dietary history and food diary and food frequency questionnaire (if applicable)
    • RD will discuss your healthy eating goals
    • Handouts will be provided (emailed or printed)
  • Four follow-up visits (approx. 30 minutes):
    • RD will review progress on healthy eating goals
    • RD will review your food diary (if applicable)
    • Nutrition education will be provided and further handouts provided if necessary (emailed or printed)
  • Professional support - light email support from initial visit to one week after final visit.

More follow-up visits can be added:

Follow up visit $50 each 

Add-on services ($100 each):

  • Infant and child feeding relationship – in home or virtual visit and observation
  • Packing school lunches – in home or virtual visit
  • Grocery store tour (private) with nutrition education
    • RD will meet you at the grocery store of your choice
    • RD will review nutrition labels and suggest healthy meals and snacks for products throughout the store
    • Other nutrition education will be provided
  • Pantry/refrigerator makeover with nutrition education – in home or virtual visit
    • RD will come to your home to go through items in your food pantry and refrigerator/freezer
    • RD will review nutrition labels and suggest healthy substitutions
    • Other nutrition education will be provided
    • Couple the makeover with a private grocery store tour for added benefit!
  • Develop your food skills – in home cooking or baking visit
